Hi, After several touches from CSC after i returned my RFE nothing since then until today..i was touched but the status of my case stayed the same from the one they updated after recieving my RFE you know the generic one about preliminary processing beeing done and expected wait time will be less than what is stated in this message...I hope this is a good sign that they will approve it in a few more days.

My guess is that it means you got moved from one pile to another.

What day was your RFE received notice dated. Your time line says it was same day it was sent, doubt that is what it really is.

May 7 09 Lisa's Interview I 601 filed

29 Jul 09 I-601 waiver approved

18 Aug 09 Passport to London Embassy

20 Aug 09 Tickets purchased for 10 Sep 09

WE HAVE FINALLY WON, OUR LONG AND HARD JOURNEY IS COMPLETE!!!!!!

I guess it's a good sign as far as 'they're working on your case' goes. So, it *is* good. Don't get your expectations too high, though. Things have been taking forever. sigh.

I haven't been touched by USCIS since July 12. They will have to blow the dust mites of the file. I hope the case worker is not allergic. :cry:

March 9 - filed I-129F to Nebraska

March 15 - NOA#1

June 1 - transferred to CSC

July 11 - IMBRA RFE back with CSC

August 3 - NOA#2

August 6 - touched

They say they recieved my RFE on July 7th if that makes any difference,

Not really just means your timeline is wrong is all. Was just curious as the word is that is the order they are using to process petitions. (i.e. order of receipt of IMBRA RFEs)

10/23/2007--7 months and 2 weeks of A/P and still waiting..........God help me!

4/22/2008---2nd Interview ( keep us in your prayers)

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!

6/03/2008--VISA IN HAND! Thank you god!

We havent been touched since July 15, I wonder what they're gonna do at TSC with all the new I-129f they're receiving, where we will be transfered to and all...

July 06/06.............. Thanks God everything is ready and my baby finally mailed I-129f

July 17/06.............. Check was cashed

July 18/06.............. Thx God we got our NOA1 from CSC

Sep 20/06............... Thx God! NOA2 date

Sep 21/06............... touched; got 5 approval emails! thank you Lord!

Sep 26/06............... mon amour got NOA2

Oct 18/06............... My baby got the letter from NVC

Oct 24/06............... Oh, Lord, You are so great! got our packet 3 today!!! yupi!!! early bday present!!!

Oct 30/06............... Mailing away my DS-156, thank you for your blessings, God

Nov 01/06............... Medical @ 8am

Dec 14/06............... My baby got packet 4
