theresa,

The I-130 has a Section C with many questions. What do those words in large bold type right next to the 'C.' say?

Just out of curiosity, whose information did you enter in Section B ?

Hi theresa,

I'm assuming you mean the I-130 petition for alien relative. In this case it would be your spouse not fiance you are petitioning for. Part B is your information as the petitioner, and part C is your spouses information as the benificiary. After receiving the NAO#1 from the I-130 you can then file the I-129f petition for alien fiance/spouse which is the petition to file for the k-3.......hope that helps...
