I don't think the State Dept. tracks it that way, but I won't swear to it. Ukraine is apparently pretty easy on K-1s though. That is especially true if the USC goes to the interview. So long as the paperwork is all done correctly and there are no legal problems, you have a good shot.

from what i have read it is 10000 times easier for k1 than b2 ahhaha go figer! make sure they have no problems with overstaying any visa or poliece problems. other than that... time and money to gov;t to process packages. it also seems that timelines are speeding up right now. fine soon and you might get in this fast track (out of vpc) i have no clue about cal center only vermont.

good luck . understand time moves slow. and kiss and give many hugs. and make sure you 2 are willing to go thorough all the cr@p and paper work you will have to do.

good luck and what part of ukraine are they form .

I would say ALL K-1s applied for are approved that meet the qualifications and are documented. I would say that ALL are denied that do not meet the qualifications. Kiev is not a "trick consulate" Read the instructions and follow them. Provide the documentation required and you will get your visa. If you do not follow the instructions and you are not prepared you will fail. Nothing new about this, kinda happens that way with everything

Go to the consulate review sections and there are plenty of rundowns on what to expect in Kiev.

Really your questions is something like "What are the odds I will get my driver's lisence when I take the driving test?" I don't know, what are YOUR odds?
