Any suggestion for a cheap airlines??? From Lagos to Washington, DC. All inquiries will be helpful.Thank you so much

Babynursetobe told me about www.vayama.com and we found great one way flights via Royal Air Maroc to the states for under $1,000.00. You can also call Royal Air Maroc directly and get a quote to decrease the cost of fees and taxes by using a travel site. It helped a little. I think it reduced the price by like $20.00. Have you looked into Emirates? We used Emirates and my Fiance really enjoyed his flight......not sure if they fly to IAD, but you can check! We flew from Lagos to Dubai to San Diego for just under $1000.

Yes, even though only fly to JFK you can buy a ticket to JFK from Royal Air Maroc and then another domestic one way to IAD. I live in Atlanta, GA and that is what I am doing and the total cost will be around $930.00 including the additonal flight from JFK to Atlanta.

I actually booked through a travel agent here in the states so I could just email his booking number and ticket number. I found the flight I wanted online, then booked that flight with the agent. If I were to book over the internet, I believe he would have had to go to the local Emirates office with identification to pick up the tickets. I found that booking with the travel agent here in the states made it really easy on the both of us.

We used Qatar. At the time, which was just a few months ago, they were the least expenisve...less than $1000. I can't remember the exact cost. They have an online website to check out prices.

Any suggestion for a cheap airlines??? From Lagos to Washington, DC. All inquiries will be helpful.Thank you so much

I called Air Maroc and they will book you all the way to whichever city you want. They quote you their leg plus the domestic leg, but it's still pretty cheap.

However, when we finally get our tickets, we'll probably go with Emirates. It means that he'll have to go to a nearby country in ECOWAS to depart, and I'll have to go to another state to pick him up, but it will save us about $1000 off of Air Maroc (six-month round trip), and $3000 off Air France which was the only thing that came up on Vayama when I put in his city as departing city and mine as arrival.

4/24/10 - Received hardcopy NOAs (Day 10)

5/14/10 - Biometrics taken. (Day 31)

5/29/10 - Interview letter received 6/30 at 10:30 (Day 46)

6/30/10 - Interview: 10:30 (Day 77) APPROVED!!!

6/30/10 - EAD received in the mail

7/19/10 - GC in hand! (Day 96) .

From the looks of things I most likely will utilize Qatar airways.They are the cheapest thus far. But before I purchase anything, I need to make sure that my fiancee is approved December 30. Wow its just around the corner.I miss him so much. God help me
