translation of birth certificate

Timeline

Ievgeniia had her birth certificate translated like in june 08. should it be retranlated with a 09 year date? and do we need to make sure that the tranlators paperwork is in the package?

any imput will be great

Was she born again? otherwise the translation is still an accurate translation of her BC whether done in '08 or '09

There is no expiration date on translations. Which package? Her birth certificate is not needed for the petition. It is needed for the interview. At the interview you will give the ORIGINAL birth certificate, a COPY of the birth certificate and the ORIGINAL translation. They will return the original birth certificate and keep the copy and translation.
