Hi!

The whole package 3/4 thing doesn't really apply to IR1/CR1 visa applicants (it applies to K visa applicants) - it would kind of apply if you filed DCF, which I am assuming you didn't.

Package 4 for IR1/CR1 applicants is pretty much receiving your interview date/letter/email.

Hi,

My Husband didn't have his medical in Montreal, so i'm not sure what the currrent charges are, it would be better to post in the Canada forum.

When you get your interview date you will know that the I-864 has been accepted by NVC - the CO at your interview makes all final decisions and will let you know at that time if he thinks it is acceptable. If you think there is a problem with the I-864, please post details and then we can assist you.
