From what I understand from your post, it seems to me that the embassy will explain to you why YOU are ineligible for the visa. They aren't looking for explanations from your side.

I'm sorry. Your husband sounds like a real piece of work.

it is written in the letter is your personal explaination.. i hope the embassy wont banned me.. its my husband fault not mine..

They are not likely to ban you from ever obtaining a visa to the US. It certainly doesn't sound like you qualify for this one though, and that's what they are going to explain to you. If they've undertaken checks in the US, they may well have discovered his bigamy.

As you said, it's your husband's fraudulent claim, not yours.

Yes, from what I am reading (perhaps I am wrong) but it sounds like you are still trying to enter under this application, which given the circumstances you will not be granted the visa as it seems that your marriage has some legality questions. It sounds like your husband has unfortunatly moved on in life as I believe you might have to face that reality as well. For simplicity for you, he needs to file the divorce immediatly and free you. Since there might be a question of bigamy, you have some leverage to force his hand in moving on the divorce. Sorry for all your heartache, but since the visa was not granted and you never comitted any fraud or visa violations, you should have no bans placed on you.

it seems like a pretty clear case. Your husband was not free to marry when he "married" you. Unless his first -and all other- marriages have been dissolved according to the law; you guys are not married. As simple as that. Hence, you are not eligible for a spousal visa. Sorry to hear the dude is such a douchebag.

Are you talking to me?

What will happen at the clarifying interview is simple. The husband was apparently not free to marry. Unless she is able to provide the paperwork of all previous marriage dissolutions, she is not married; hence not eligible for a spousal visa.

This poor woman is going through enough. I will not sit here and say "honey do not worry, it will al be ok". Chances are it will not; and the OP needs to be prepared for that. With facts, not happy faces.

Do not even try to tell me how to post or behave. You do not want to do that.

Don't know about wherever you are, but here 'aight' is considered to be a pretty confrontational, stepping up with your chest puffed in your face kind of word.

It read to me like you were warning sister Chica to back off from being honest with the OP. It doesn't look good, plain and simple...
