I'm asking because my online status was updated when the CSC received my RFE response, I received email(s), but never received a snail mail copy.... Did everyone (anyone) get a snail mail acknowledgment??

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

I did not get a snail mail acknowledgement. Only email.

I-751 Submitted August 2008

RFE Nov. 5, 2008 for incorrect fee

Nov. 6, 2008 Package returned to VSC with correct fee

NO COMMUNICATION FROM USCIS WHATSOEVER!

August 29, 2009 Letter of Intent to start removal proceedings

August 31, 2009 Letter and Phone with Congressman's office

Sept. 3, 2009 Infopass

Sept. 4, 2009 New I-751 submitted with another fee

Sept. 25, 2009 I-797C NOA received with 1 year extention dated Sept. 14, 2009

Oct. 2, 2009 NOA2 Biometrics Letter Appointment received

Oct. 9, 2009 Biometrics

Oct. 12, 2009 Updated on USICS website

Jan. 12, 2010 RFE

Feb. 2, 2010 RFE Returned

Feb. 4, 2010[/b ]RFE Received by USCIS

Feb. 19, 2010 EMAIL, TEXT & WEB UPDATE! CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED! Hallelujah!

Feb. 22, 2010 Second Email and text stating card production ordered.

Feb. 24, 2010 Email and Text stating Approval notice mailed.

Feb. 25, 2010 Approval letter I-797C dated 2/19/2010 received.

Feb. 27, 2010 Green Card arrived!! Envelope postmarked 2/23

I got mine via email, nothing by any other method.... I was waiting for a while thinking i would get something in the mail.... but still nothing.... just the email. ;)

Yes... me too, and then I got to thinking... wait... it's been a while... maybe they screwed up my address... maybe I've missed other mail... maybe martians will land in my backyard...

Geez.... this process really does get one to jump to conclusions, doesn't it??

Damn, I pity those that don't sign up for the USCIS account and E-mail notification. Talk about being in the dark!

My guess, about 9500 of the IMBRA affected victims are not members here.

Although there are many visitors here, I usually see only 100-125 members online at a time. I would guess there are about 500 IMBRA folks on here, the rest are at some other level of processing ranging from, AOS to divorce and beyond.

Where do the others go for information? Do they just sit around and wonder? That would suck in a big way.

At least here, we are somewhat wired in.

Also makes me wonder how some people go through this process without even knowing about VJ.... wonder how many of them there are....

Same here. My fiance received the RFE receipt thru email. I pray the NOA2 comes next the soonest possible for all of us. :yes:

OMG I think about them all the time... I wonder if they are frantically calling USCIS and congresspeople all the time ... :help:

Same here, I only got the email saying that they had received the RFE.

3/21/06 I-129F sent to NSC

3/24/06 NOA1

3/28/06 Touched

6/1/06 Case transfered to California Office

6/2/06 Touched

6/3/06 Touched

6/9/06 Received 2nd letter from NSC telling me that my case as been transefered

6/14/06 Received 3 emails today saying that CSC has my application

6/15/06 Touched

6/16/06 Touched

6/17/06 Touched again

7/3/06 Received RFE today in mail along with 2 emails

7/3/06 Touched

7/6/06 RFE received in California

7/13/06 Received email saying RFE had been received

7/31/06 Received (3) emails saying my application has been approved

8/1/06 Touched (hopefully that means that my application has been mailed to NVC

8/15/06 NVC mailed application to Bogota

7-08-06 Stopped by Border Securtiy on NCIC name hit - Identity Theft two years ago and theif used my name as an alias which is now permanently tied to his criminal file as an alias - Border Security very helpful and understanding and apologetic about the situation but they have to verify I was not the perpetratpr.

7-19-06 Touched e-mail stating received 7-19-06 (BS)

8-03-06 Wondering ####### is taking so long - 128 days now
