Hi,

Quick question

Do I need to include picture of the child?

I have his picture I just don't know if it is really needed. I have not filled a G325A for him, he is 13. I don't believe I need a G325A for him.

You do not need a G-325a for him and do not need his photo. You DO need to list him on the I-129f where it asks for the names of ALL children.

For now, that is all. He will need to apply for a K-2 visa at the same time as your fiancee and much more will be needed then (basically a duplicate of her application) but for the petition, NO you do not need anything except to list his name.
