I'm not sure if this is in the correct forum, but I know the question is asked a lot by K visa applicants, so I put it here.

Wanted to report that my Fiancee (and her father) received a B2 (tourist visa) with 1 year validity earlier this month. She said the Beijing consulate was very nice to her and he even sounded excited when my Fiancee showed him a copy of our I-129F NOA2. She explained to him that she was coming to visit me for 16 days and then needed to return to China to finish her degree (she is a senior at her University). Three days later both passports arrived (with approved B2s inside) in the mail.
