my husbands conditional green card expires on feb 20, 2010 and its the 24th of november already.... I know they said between the 90 days i can apply f i anytime, so i mail it on the last day this month do you guys think that will be a big problem..

yes you will be fine to file at the end of the month... as long as you have filed for removal of conditions before the expiry date of the greencard you are ok..

Yes. My husband's 90-day window in which we could send the ROC paperwork opened in October but we just mailed it yesterday. There is more than enough time for us. I don't see what the rush would be unless you waited until last minute - which I don't suggest.

11/2004 - Met in Brazil

09/2006 - Apply for K1

03/2007 - K1 approved

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil
