:unsure::unsure: Hey guys,

I am a little confused!

For the interview must I submit I-134 or I-864?

What supporting documents would I need for each because I need a co-sponsor who will be my father.

In the case that I must submit an I-864 what would I use as proof of residency in my household if he really doesn't live with me?

What documents must a co-sponsor complete for the K-1 visa interview?

Thanks in advance :unsure:

Moving to Consulate forum (more appropriate) - however, the I 134 is used at the consular interview; the I 864 is not used until adjustment of status once the alien is in the US.

Your co-sponsor will use the I-134. He will also attach proof of US citizenship or Permanent Residency (green card).
