I-130 fee

Hi VJ people,

Can anybody tell me is I-130 application fee $355 accurate?

I would like to apply for my parents for GC`s and two years ago as I remember well the same application fee was higher price.

The I-130 petition application fee is $355.

These terms get mixed often and it causes significant confusion. The I-130 is a petition and its "filing fee" is $355. It is not an application for anything. In a visa case the "application" comes later with its own "application fee". In an AOS case, the I-485 "application" to adjust status is filed concurrently and with a separate "application fee".

Right, the filing fee is $355 for the I-130

AOS fee -- $70. And this is a processing fee?

And the IV bill -- $400. This would be the application fee, correct?
