I feel like the donkey chasing the carrot. Every day, I wake up to find that magic number on Igor's list is that much farther away...Oh great, it's at 96 days, perhaps tomorrow it'll be my turn...only to wake up and find that it's at 110 days...when I'm at 110 days, I'm sure it'll be at 120.

I love Mondays. I am such an optimist on Mondays. Not so much on Fridays...

Nope dont give up! at this point, both processes are going on parallel. Remember the VJ timeline gets updated based on people updating their personal timelines. jsut b/c it says oct 11th NOA1 and 110 doesnt detract from those who filed on oct 17-22nd who recieved their noa2s. just means that someone who filed earlier just received it now. On average, its a 105 days to noa2. so we who filed in the oct 20s are still well in the range. NEVER GIVE UP HOPE!!!

Always be positive in picturing your outcome. I always picture bringing my wife back with me, or at least meeting her 1/2 way (at a layover in paris or brussels or something like that, when she's taking her maiden voyage to the states and then coming the rest of the way w/ her and bringing her thru the immigration with me). And I always picture that timeframe to be feb thru april, if sooner. some positive visualization to bouy the spirits. never give up!

I'm just hoping, at this point, he'll be here some time in Mid-April...

I work for the County of Riverside, and our contract is up come June 30th...it would be really nice if I get furloughed (which is pretty much a guarantee at this point), to have his extra income to make up the difference!

Oh hell, if I'm still waiting in June, I'll be bald for pulling my hair out!

OMG.... I was lost somewhere... didnt realize ... ok so here are there dates

09-29-2009: NOA1.

01-25-2010: NOA2 petition approved

granted this is for a CR-1 visa

and I have some bad news peeps... I am in the wrong thread... I am to ditzy for my own good.... I was using the NOA1 date from my I-130 instead of my <sigh> November date for my NOA1 of my I-129f petition....

Can I stay and just pretend?

btw my NOA2 is comming next month.... mark my words (gotta squeeze in a little positive affirmations)
