I am presently working 2 jobs, 1 full-time & 1 part-time. Would it be beneficial to get letters from both? My full-time job meets the minimum, plus I collect SS retirement. Would be kind of like icing on the cake to have letter of employment from my new part-time job or would be over kill and may cause a red flag? The thing is, here in the US right now everybody is struggling to get by, so having a part time job does not seem so unusal. Anyone have thoughts on this?

I see no reason to get one from your PT Job.

Employment Letters can be done by anyone, just take some company letterhead and type whatever you want on it, and have someone sign it. (notice no Notary seal is required for Employment letters)

Most all the paperwork that is taken to the Interview is never checked to be accurate, or even if it's real.

Like your Tax Transcripts, the USEM just asks for copies, Not originals sent from the IRS.

Now of days if you purchase a house in USA, the mortage company will have you file a form issued by the IRS to release your Tax Transcripts to mortage company directly.
