Hello,my mom got asylum so i was under 21 and she filed for me,i stayed in the Us for 3 years,nevere got my GC,and 1year/5 ago i left in my country and since then i live here,next month i'm getting married and my fiance is Us citizen,and we want to file I 130,and I don't know exactlly how to answer q 16 "has your relative ever been under immigration proceedings",i'm fillinf the petition.Thank you
