Hi everyone..its been a while since i logged on here, lost my previous password so i had to open a new account,need to add my time line..question to all that have send their ROC or getting ready to, did anyone include the form I-797D that the the 2yr green card was enclosed in when send in there package. It states "use this section to speed your application for extension or replacement of card", just double checking. Thanks will appreciate your response

July 15, 2010: Sent N-400 packet
July 23, 2010: NOA Notice date
Oct 15, 2010: Citizenship Interview - Passed!
Nov 15, 2010: Oath Ceremony in Fresno, CA
Nov 24, 2010: Did SSN and Applied for Passport
Dec 6, 2010: Passport Arrives
Dec 7, 2010: Sent for Indian Passport Surrender Certificate
Dec 27, 2010: Surrender Certificate Arrives
Jan 3, 2011: Sent for Overseas Citizenship of India Card
March 1, 2011: Received OCI card!

Divorce

Feb 2015:​ Found out he was cheating (prostitutes / escorts)

We didn't, and got approved pretty fast... so I don't think that particularly speeds the process.

Hi there nancy. Do not worry about it. My wife did not include hers in our ROC application, and we just got approved. I was just reading this thread and trying to remember if I saw it on the instructions to include this or not. I didn't even know there was such a requirement to include it.

Hi there nancy. Do not worry about it. My wife did not include hers in our ROC application, and we just got approved. I was just reading this thread and trying to remember if I saw it on the instructions to include this or not. I didn't even know there was such a requirement to include it.
