Just received e-mail from MSC that our I-129F has been approved!!!! I received the duplicate IMBRA RFE Monday, 6-17 and mailed it snail mail Tuesday, 6-18 so MSC could not have received and processed it by 6-20. This gives everyone hope that MSC is not waiting on the duplicate RFE's to approve these applications.

07/26/06 NVC assigns case #, Wife e-mails choice of agent to NVC

10/10/06 Receive, complete and submit I-864 and DS-230

04/02/07 Back to Taiwan for visit and Interview

04/06/07 Received CR-1 visa

04/10/07 POE through Detroit

04/30/07 2 Year Green Card Received

Lifting Conditions

01/10/09 File I-751 at VSC

06/24/09 Received 10 year GC

Citizenship

07/27/10 Filing Date for N-400

OMG we DO have almost the same timelines. I sent back my 1st IMBRA RFE one day earlier than you did but your got your duplicate RFE one day before me. I predict you will hear something today...Good luck.

Anyone else got their NOA2 after getting that IMBRA RFE reciept e-mail, that they have received the RFE and it should be less time than the maximum stated ealrier ??
