I did not include a cover letter with my application.

Interview is scheduled for December 8th. Only docs being required of me are my greencard, passport and/or any other travel docs used to enter the US, and my interview letter.

Hi Meod,

I included a cover letter with my N-400 application, which detailed:

-On what basis I was applying for citizenship

-Why I wanted citizenship

-And the detailed list of 95+ pages of evidence included with my applicaiton

Cover letters are not manditory. However, I included such, as I wanted to be more organized that way.....

We didn't do a cover letter, just a table of contents of everything we sent. We figured it was helpful to us so we wouldn't forget anything.
