Welcome to VJ,

First, please create and fill in your VJ timeline here: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=76203

:time: :time: :time:

Then, after you have received your NOA1, just wait till you get NOA2. Meanwhile you can have your wife get ready with other documents you'll need to send to NVC on a later time:

- translated and notarized marriage certificate, hers translated and notarized birth certificate.

- hers translated and notarized police certificate, DS-230 filled in by her, hers 2 passport size photos, etc.

- I-864 prepared from you.

If I were her I'd check first for how long the police clearance is good for after issued. Some PC's expire in a month, others in 6 months. Check for reciprocity here: http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/reciproc...ocity_3652.html

Good luck in your journey

1. I have NAO1. Now, should I waite for NAO2? How long it takes ?

It is different. For some ppl it takes 5 days for others 5 months. It does not depend on you, it depends on the service center where you sent your documents to.

2. When should I give to NVC email ? I fill I-130 and G-325 and there aren't rubric to email ...

You call NVC after you get your NOA2 to give them both yours and your wife's e-mails so they can generate the bills for you.

3. How to check are everything is ok? because i don't want waste the time ... If will be a mistake in my application They send to me information about it ?

yes, they will notify you by mail if there is a mistake.

meanwhile, you can register at the USCIS website here: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard.do with your case number (which would be your NOA1 number) and follow how's your case going.

Yes, you as the petitioner can travel wherever you want. Maybe appoint someone to check your mail once a week or so incase an early approval comes through.

I'd call up USCIS and make sure the middle name is on the system.

I suggest you go see her.

You've gotten an NOA-1, and you've signed up for online case status with USCIS.

When the approval is ready - you will :

1. get an email from USCIS

2. get an NOA-2 via POSTAL MAIL

3. see the status in the portal.

Once the I-130 is approved, I suggest you wait 1 week to 10 days before checking in with NVC.

Whilst yer waiting, you can practice some english phrases for NVC:

1. is my case ready to start? here is my email address and my wife's email address, and my date of birth, and her date of birth.

2. is my case complete ?

When the casefile gets to NVC, and you get the first fee bill, you can pay online at ANOTHER portal. Watch that payment portal for receipts and payment info - no need to speak to human.

IMO, you don't need to worry about NVC for now, but prep the I-864 after you file income taxes, and prep the DS-230 whilst yer in Poland, with yer wife.

Dobrii Day !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Congratulations on your approval ! We All Applaud your accomplishment with Most Wonderful Kissies !
