Having another question about the g-325a

I had made 4 copies for myself, with 4 signatures with the new g325a form that is only one page.

Except my fiancee had accidentally checked in the option "form is submitted in connection with an application for" the wrong box, and the other three copies are correct. Is there a way to cross that one out and check the correct box in that section?

big problem is, he needs to file it tomorrow, and hes in the USA. I am in Canada. Unfortunately, it happened on my form, and I cannot sign it from where I am. Would he just make a strike-through, and put his initials beside it, then checking the correct box? Or would I add a new blank page stating why the option was re-selected? or both? Any input is greatly appreciated!
