Hello AKguy, welcome ! No, you aren' t too late as the dancing with the approvals didn' t start yet ! :crying:

87 days for us today and I have to say it : California, you are breaking my heart !!! :crying:

Still one day to go and a few fridays ago they came out with sooo many NOA' s. Probably this won' t be the case as it looks ! :crying:

Thank you kindly, I couldn't imaging finding someone else who could make me go through so much to be with them. I'm sure it's the same with 99% of us on the boards.

I was getting all excited about CSC pushing through so many NOA2's too, and now not so much is happening.

11/13/2009 -- Mailed I-129F

11/17/2009 -- Received NOA 1

02/10/2010 -- NOA 2 Mailed

02/16/2010 -- NOA 2 Received (via email)

02/19/2010 -- Petition forwarded to Moscow

04/23/2010 -- Scheduled Interview - SUCCESS

07/20/2010 -- Entrance to USA POE Anchorage

08/21/2010 -- Wedding

11/04/2010 -- Mailed AOS

01/25/2011 -- AOS Interview - SUCCESS

02/24/10 - NVC Received

02/25/10 - Hard Copy NOA2!!! :D

02/25/10 - NVC mailed packet to Zagreb!!!

03/03/10 - Consulate in Zagreb received packet!!!

03/05/10 - Packet 3 received

03/08/10 - Ivan's Med Exam in Zagreb

03/24/10 - Mailed Packet 3

04/08/10 - INTERVIEW IN ZAGREB - APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!

04/09/10 - Received police certificate from Ireland; mailed to Zagreb

04/XX/10 - Visa Issued

05/03/10 - Welcome home, Ivan!!! POE (Houston)

06/26/10 - Wedding!!!!!

I totally agree with u. Lets hope this month, Feburary, will give us a smile on our faces. :). We just want to get our NOA2... that it.. that is all we want.. Pls bring us our approval. November applicants.. this is our time.. :dance:

05/19/2010 - My Shah comes to the USA via CHICAGO :)

06/02/2010 - Apply for SSN

06/25/2010 - WE GOT MARRIED!!!!! :)

07/07/2010 - Start AOS process - Another 2 years, but my Shah is with me :)

07/08/2010 - AOS & EAD Sent to Chicago Lockbox

07/12/2010 - AOS & EAD NOA1 Received

07/26/2010 - AOS & EAD Appointment Letter Received

08/19/2010 - AOS & EAD Biometrics Taken

08/21/2010 - AOS Transfer to California Service Center

09/04/2010 - Received EAD Card :). It is A Very Happy Day :(

10/12/2010 - Received REF Missing Page on I-485 :(

11/08/2010 - Received Green Card for 2 Years :)

January is gone ! :) February is here ! :) Today we reached 90 days ( since our NOA 1 was issued ) ! :protest:

My head is spinning around from all the nervousism, excitement, hope, fears . . . :(

I am impressed my k-1 got almost immediate turnaround at the NVC an is on its way to the embassy as we speak despite how impossible it is to get thru on the NVC line. I wish the best for everyone out there.

Lindsey ! :) I' m scared and terrified. I worry like a crazy maniac. I worry it' s gonna take forever. I so wanna be approved. You have no idea how I hope you are right with your positive feelings. :P

I have heard that time goes quick after the NOA2....Is this correct?

OMG... we will be reaching in one more week.. now.. it is Feburary so this is going to be our time. We just have to pray for everyone in California to sent NOA2 really quick. :thumbs::dance:

Yes, Amars ! I believe in most cases after one receives NOA 2 it goes faster. The NVC should be an express stop ( in and out in a few days ) and then everything depends on the embassies. Some are faster and easier others not. I have a good experience with our embassy here in Slovenia. We' ll see how it' s gonna be this time. :P

COME ON CSC !!! Time to make some in - love people sooo happy !!! :P

Hey just an update for fellow November 09 CSC filers...

Our petition left NVC 8 days after the NOA2 date. Now just to wait for the embassy. Crazy how it's life in the slow lane with USCIS and then off to the races with the NVC.
