Hi,

For those who have interviewed at the Mumbai embassy -- what kind of files/folders are allowed inside the embassy? Since we're going to have a TON of documents, I was trying to figure out the best way to organize all that stuff and make sure it is readily accessible.

Any tips/suggestions?

Love to all!

Don't take anything which has zip in it. Not an iota of metal is allowed, don't even wear metallic belts. Use plastic bags and plastic or paper folders. Don't take any C.D or any digital material.

Love to all!

My fiance went through Delhi but i thought i will give you a suggestion. We used plastic folder with little tabs for each section. I labled them as Prof of relationship which included Chat logs, Emails and our trip stuff. I also put lable for his birth certificate, our Noa's, PCC, passport, application, telephone records, photos, affadavit of support, tax return, w-2 and copy of my U S citizenship. Hope this helps.
