19 Jan 2010 -- Called NVC and gave our e-mail addresses
05 Feb 2010 -- Called NVC again to verify e-mail and ask why we dont have the 3032 yet
08 Feb 2010 -- Received 3032 & AOS bill by e-mail (i think they forgot us before)
08 Feb 2010 -- Paid AOS bill -- Sent 3032 by e-mail
10 Feb 2010 -- AOS bill shows "paid"
18 Feb 2010 -- Paid IV Bill (received e-mail on the 19th Feb)
20 Feb 2010 -- IV Bill shows "paid"
23-24 Feb 2010 -- Medical -- PASS!
02 Mar 2010 -- Sent AOS and DS-230 express
04 Mar 2010 -- Packages delivered
10 Mar 2010 -- AVR package received 9 Mar
15 Mar 2010 -- Called NVC...Expedite request APPROVED!
16 Mar 2010 -- SIGN IN FAIL!!
17 Mar 2010 -- AVR - CC 16 March
19 Mar 2010 -- Case delivered to Manila
22 Mar 2010 -- (in US) Called embassy and got interview apointment
15 Apr 2010 -- Passed the interview in Manila!!!!
19 Apr 2010 -- Received visa!!!
08 May 2010 -- Mhay will leave for Alaska..POE is GUAM
09 May 2010 -- Mhay will be in my arms again!
18 May 2010 -- Received SSN in the mail
01 Jun 2010 -- Received welcome letter dated 25 May
07 Jun 2010 -- Received second welcome letter dated 1 June
18 Jun 2010 -- Received Green card in the mail!!
15 April 2010 we got the PINK SLIP!!!

I highly doubt you will be getting any type of Visa to come to Funeral or to USA with his petition.
Be sure to ask his best friend for a copy of the Death Certificate.
That way you "may" need it in the future.

I am so sorry to hear that.. be strong. I know God will find you a way how you can go to US to see your husband for the last time. Talk to his bestfriend, I know he can help you. Try to call NVC and ask them what way you can go to US and explain the reason.

yes i will. for now they are busy for the autopsy. just this early morning found out. yah the wife of his bestfriend ask me if whose person do our paperworks i already tell them its under the law office of michael solomon. thanks

thanks a lot. yah this can help me and i hope our lawyer who do our paperwork can find ways or option to come there in US just for the last time to see my husband.
