can I use those index tabs to separate each kind of evidence that I am attaching to my form????

The tabs should be placed on the bottom and not the side for ease in filing...this is what it saids in the uscis page but I don't understand what it means. please somebody explain. Thanks.

Well, instead of sticking the tabs on the side of the pages, you stick them on the bottom.

It might be easier for you to have one thread that is I 751 questions instead of a separate thread for every question. Just an idea.

so this means that I can not use those dividers pages with the tabs on the side???

The divider pages are pointless, IMO. You CAN use them, but they'll likely just pull them out when they reassemble it into their own folder.

I used the stick-on tabs and put them at the bottom of a sheet of paper as a divider labeled with the category of evidence. Definitely don't put them at the side, files are hole punched at the top (think old school like medical record hanging files). But I don't think it makes a lot of difference whether you use tabs or not, just as long as all the stuff is there Good luck!
