Filing I-130 for my 6 year old step son. He is in pakistan with her mother.

Actually it helped our case because I had no problems bringing the child. My child is here with me we got our visas together although his papers was filed almost one year after mine. I had no RFE on his paperwork. I believe that when they see that you have all your papers in hand you have a straight case your papers is processed quickly

I don't have the court document yet so I cannot file it with my I-130 petition. I think most likely it is needed at the time of the interview. I cannot wait for the court papers and then file I-130 petition. I'm including some of my wife's paperwork and try to link it with her interview date.

you need custody document and letter from other parent at NVC stage.

10 year card arrived in mail 12/10/12

hi! my son is also 8 years old and he will have his interview on the 10th of Dec. i authorize my dad to assist him, but my question is what are the possible question that the US Consul will ask to my son? is my son going to answer it or my dad? Is there still a chance that an 8 yrs old minor be deny a visa? Please help me, its been 2 years that i never see my son, and i really miss him a lot..thank you..

My wife got her visa now. Now Im still waiting to hear from the USCIS about my sons I-130. Its been over 7 weeks now.

Is there anyway I can be in touch with them and ask to pls expedite my case since his mother got the visa and he is only minor and no need to check the background. They already did that with me and my wife.

Any suggestions what can I do at this stage.
