Address changes between 129f and K1 interview okay?

Just noticing in filling out K1 forms that my address in the US and our address in Brazil has changed since submitting 129F. This isn't a problem, is it?

I mean, I'm getting mail from UCSIS okay at my earthclassmail.com PO Box (a service I totally recommend) but I want to make sure I don't have an obligation to report address changes.

(This only happens later with Green Card sponsorship, right?)

A US citizen only needs to notify USCIS of a change of address under two circumstances:

  1. He/she has a petition or application pending at a USCIS office or service center;
  2. He/she has submitted an I-864 affidavit of support for an immigrant.
Since you've already received NOA2 for your I-129F, you no longer have a petition pending. As you have not yet married your fiancee and filed for AOS, you have not submitted an I-864. Ergo, you do not need to change your address with USCIS. You will use the new address on your AOS paperwork, but no need to worry about it until then.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

Once you have received the NOA2, all correspondence will go to the beneficiary and will be sent to the address on the petition. If that is no longer her current address she will not receive the packages.

I've never heard of earthclassmail.com. Sounds like an interesting concept. Is that the address you used for the beneficiary?

If you already have your new case number from NVC [RDJ XXXXXXXXX], you should email the embassy and request your interview date. Package 3 is not longer use by the embassy, they only send you a letter with instructions and interview date. My fiancee requested her interview by email and at the same time corrections on her name.

The embassy advise her to complete all her forms DS, FS, etc, with the correct information. Remember, all the documents you will be sending including affdivit of support should contain the new information [address].
