Hello all,

I just called teh 800 customer service number to check the status on my I-130 and K3 and the automated system gave me the same information that I can see online. It also said that "this is the latest information available to our customer service agents" Is that true? Has anyone had a different experience?

I sent out my IMBRA RFE 10 days ago but it still doesn't say received?

Any ideas? Should I speak with a customer rep or wait for online case status to update?

Yes, it's true, which is why the NCSC is also known as the National Customer [Dis]Service Center.

And because the agents may try to ad lib if you press them for more information than they have available it has gained the nickname Misinformtion Line.

I sent back REE more than 20 days. until now I hadn't got anything too ..

I'm tired for waiting :crying::crying::crying:

It is now 12 days since I sent inthe first RFE, I am awaiting the confirmation from the second one. It has not reached has of yet. once it is there i am going to call the 800-(mis)information line to check on what is the hold up.

I do not wish to share any information about this dead end journey.........I have reached my final destination on this train, and it is time for me to get off.

I sent mine 18 days ago and still waiting, I think they are on vacation :(:(:crying::crying::help:

Some good news...Finally got an e-mail yesterday saying that my RFE was received. Sent it out on July 10th, I guess it takes them time to open all these RFEs and post it.

I have a very dumb question but I am desperate, if a doesn't received the email it suppose to be update at the USCIS page right?
