Hello out there, I'm preparing to send in my I-129F petition to the California Service Center. Just to make sure the payment is in the right name: "Does anyone know the name I should wright on the payment? Is it: Pay to the order of: California Service Center ?

you send your petition to cal service center and make your check out to the department of homeland security, but just to be sure wait for someone to confirm my answer. good luck

Nope.

The I-129F instructions are explicit on payment...
Likely you'll use Pay to the order of: US Department of Homeland Security.
Remember to triple check everything before sending to avoid delays.

Honestly I left it blank and they filled it out!!! all I know it that I got the AO1 so they did what they did to it ...lol
what would I do without the love you give me.

09-18-09 I-129F sent Fed-Ex
09-21-09 package was signed for at service center
09-23-06 touched
09-26-09 received NOA1
12-18-09 touched!!!!
12-19-09 got the approval email and text !!!!!
12-21-09 touched!!!!
12-23-09 touched!!!!
12-23-09 received NOA2
12-24-09 NVC received approval!!!!!
01-05-10 NVC told me under Additional Processing!!!!!
01-11-10 NVC sent to manila!!!!!
01-15-10 Manila received DHL
01-20-10 Set interview dates for 02-08-2010
01-25-10 Medical - PASSED!!THANK GOD..

go to www.uscis.gov they have instructions there what to write on the check just to make it sure.....
