Ok guys about to send my stuff tommarrow to her.

I want to make sure i have everything I need correct and not missing anything.

1. I-134

2. W2's from last year copy

3. 1040ez federal income tax for 2008

4. Letter head from boss

5. i made another 129 since i didn't copy it all opps

6. 3 pay stubs

7. I made another letter stating that I plan on marring grace

8. i copyied the letter saying we were aproved sending it to NH

anything i am missing?

thanks guys

Did you send the original copy of approval from the uscis? I also sent letters from friends and family that have seen my Honey and I together for additional evidence.

I will send only copies of the NOA1/NOA2. Embassy knows petition was approved, if they got the packet there.

so i basicaly have everything i thought i needed. Should i make a copy of my birhtcirtificate too? didnt' think of that it is part of the 129packet though huh. i didn't want to send it yesterday just to make sure i have everything filled out.

What is the best way to get it there by 6 days? Should i use Fedex, DHL which is how she got her stuff i think. Or UPS? I like fedex but not sure if it is over there?? Maybe the old post office too?

FedEx is there as Air 21, and its the same service used by the USEM. Four days Portland, Oregon to Davao City (6.3 lbs $150!). Good luck!

I was looking at that. Is fedex being used by USps for interenational mail express? i need to get it asap like next week so need to use the 2-5 days service going to be expensive like 80 dollars for only 1 lb.

june 11th sent AOS paper work

june 24th got the three letters

july 14th finger prints done

Went to USPS and lucky for me the guy there was filipino and was telling him needed it there today.

I should of sent it a few days ago lol. he said be honest with you by mail there sucks. It will get there and just sit there on their end. They can't help it once it gets there.

He said use a private carrior if you want to get it there fast. Fedex would do the trick that is what he uses becasue they have own jet and will sort it and get it out.

Just some advise from a good source :-) so i ran down to fed ex.

If you want it there today - you should have already sent it! That's good advice. I sent a gift package by USPS and it took three weeks to Davao City, luckily. Embarassed to say but I wanted to save $40 when sending a package from there to here using Philippine post office instead of FedEx - after three months - nothing. :crying: There are several posts warning about theft at Philippine Post Office...

Sounds like that is no savings at all. I want to save heartache, so I'm going to use FedEx. I hear the 1Lb envelope is Flat Rate, and you actually can have more than one Lb to Phils for about $50 bucks.

I sent my stuff in a padded mailer marked "Documents Only-Contains No Cash" on the outside through registered mail. It made it in two weeks, no problems. But, to be safe, use Fedex, or LBC, if you want door-to-door guaranteed delivery.

The only thing about the missing package that takes some of the bite away is that it was a defective netbook - the keyboard was totally messed up - so at least it is a pain to the new owner! Well - that's what I keep trying to believe!

"Documents Only-Contains No Cash" That sounds much better than "smoking hot New Laptop enclosed" or "fragile - contains iPhone"! :P
