FYI, September VSC filer GabachaYucateca received RFE on 2/2/10 and she filed I-751 on 9/4/09....

So, their is still possibility to get RFE like 1 month later...

Yes I noticed their RFE...but I did send all the important evidence already and dont have much else to send.

Tax transcripts for the last 3 years

Credit card bills

Phone bills

Medical insurance cards

Cards from family and friends addressed to both of us

A few photos

Joint bank account statements

and some other stuff I cant recollect....what else can i send.

We dont own a house so no papers in that regard, but can send a letter from our landlady.

I wanted to send it that time but we had to get it notarized and she was undergoing surgery so couldn't come to the notary office.

But for my AOS I did send a letter from her indicating that she knows both of us and that we live in her rented apartment.

So if they do send a RFE Im not sure what else to send.

I didn't send any house/apartment leases or even a car co-ownership. What you listed sounds very close to my evidence.... If you were getting an RFE, I think you would've received it by now... so just wait a little longer.... cheers!!

Well what can I do but wait....wait till the 6 months is up and then call and call and call till my fingers fall off from dialing the USCIS number and make a million infopasses and hound them everyday till they have a meeting at VSC and decided to get me approved coz they are sick and tired of me.

Right now Im praying and asking God for patience and a positive attitude.

Just a quick timeline update.

Did the 2nd biometrics on Feb 1st 2010, haven't heard a peep yet. Website still says "initial review".

Looks like about 2 months from the last biometrics appointment is a good time to except the next update from USCIS.
