Has anyone who has applied for CR1 received their appointment letter from NVC via email?

So far, I have received everything from NVC via email after getting my NOA2 through regular post. When I called NVC I was told that they would not mail anything at this point and that everything would be sent via email, including the appoinment letter but I noticed that I have not seen any comments about anyone else receiving their appointment letter that way and was just wondering.

I am curious to know whether the Consulate in Kingston takes issue with the emailed versions of the appointment letters as I am sure even though all the wording is the same, it would not look exactly the same as one that was mailed from NVC.

Can't speak about NVC/CR-1. But we never got the appointment letter in the mail from the embassy in Kingston. I actually wonder if anyone did. And what's happening? Are they just not sending them out?? When I send mail to Jamaica or someone sends me mail from there, we always receive it. Not sure what that Embassy is doing.
