On the USCIS webpage located at http://www.uscis.gov/i-129f the page says "Last Updated on 01/09/2008".

However, the both the I-129F Instructions and actual I-129F Forms both state in the lower right hand corner that they were revised on 7/30/07.

The dates of the forms essentially do not match - it does not make sense for the website to say the forms were updated in 2008, but the actual PDFs available for download are listed as revised earlier than that in 2007.

Am I looking at the correct website? Are the forms that are present on the USCIS website the correct ones? Why is there is mismatch of dates when comparing the PDF revision dates to the online Updated date?

You need to read more carefully.

The webpage was updated on 1/9/2008.

The webpage states:

Edition Date :07/30/07, 11/24/06 editions can be used, no other editions accepted.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.
