Hey guys, sorry if i'm off topic or something, wasn't sure where to ask this.

After i have entered the States on K1 visa, my fiance and i broke off the engagement and I left the States before the 30 days have expired, but i was wondering if i needed to notify the embassy that i didn't get married, or not? i wouldn't want it to interfere with my future visas or something, so just wanted to make sure..

Thank you..

The embassy does not need to be notified now... you would simply deal with the question when and if you ever apply again in the future...

YMMV

Ok, thank you so much, i assumed it would be something like that!

May help for the future for both of you if you had your ex send a letter of cancellation to USCIS.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship
