I see you have 864 ez. That is not what I sent. Mine is 864.

cool, it still remains the same. they will not generate the iv bill before the ds3032 is accepted. the reason is, the ds230 is for the beneficiary as they are the intended immigrant. the affidavit of support is strictly for the american citizen, as they are the ones who will, for lack of better words, support. nvc wants to verify who the beneficiary would like to appoint to handle their immigration process. until they have that decision, it is illegal to proceed further. it is a privacy issue.

Right. Once your DS3032 is accepted you should be able to pay the IV bill.
