Help Plz Visa Journey Family members,

Can anyone tell me how I can get this Cover sheet after my AOS payment clears? I am a bit confused by that. When I made my payment online (10-14-09), I read on their receipt that I needed to sign-in to check the status...??? Sign-in to what? The U.S. Department of State website? I didn't realize we had accounts that we need now to sign-in the status of a cleared payment??? I'm CONFUSED and I am sure there is a simple explanation.

I do know that this cover sheet in the key before the NVC will accept our next package. Without it they will not process our case.

Can anyone guide this blind woman through this portion of the CR1 process???

I will appreciate it sooo much. :innocent:

Thank you,

Lizz and Mohamed

Lizz,

Here is the link to sign in. https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx

You should have the invoice number and the invoice identification number.

After they processed my payment, they emailed me my cover sheet. You can also print the cover sheet and your receipt when you sign onto this site...after they finish processing the payment.

Good luck!

Waiting.....Waiting....waiting....waiting....and more waiting..........

Good Morning Liz!

It's really quite simple to print out the cover letter.

You go to the same sign in page that you went to when you paid the AOS and after it shows paid on the receipt, right under the part that says to click to print receipt, there is a place that will show up for you to print the cover letter for the AOS to send in your 864 packet.

It usually takes 2-3 business days before it will show as Paid on the website before you can access the cover letter.

Mine finally showed Paid last night and I paid for it on 10/10/09.

We are just about on the same timeline. Let me know if I can help!
