Hi Bob n Anna,

My interview will be on NOvember 19! I am so happy that we are half way through in this journey. I need to pray a lot for the upcoming medical. The medical and the interview make me soooo anxious.

Anna, I believe God will be with us on our interview ( and medical too).

March 26,2009 ---NOA1
July 27, 2009 ---NOA2 ( 123 days after NOA1)
July 31, 2009 ---NOA 2 hard copy
Aug. 25, 2009 ---AOS fee paid
Sept. 1, 2009 ---IV fee paid
Sept. 4, 2009 --- AOS & IV packages mailed out
Oct. 8, 2009 --- Approved but will send a notice on Nov for the interview date ( Oct. is full)
Oct. 14, 2009 ---NVC sent the letter- YEHEY!!!
Oct. 27-28, 2009--- Medical Exam- PASSED
Nov. 19, 2009 --- Interview- APPROVED! WHAT A GREAT FAVOR FROM GOD!
Nov. 24, 2009 ---Received the visa!!!
Dec. 1, 2009 ---Flight for the US!!!

Have known each other and have been friends for 20+ Years.

May 18, 2009 - Mailed I-129F Package

May 19, 2009 - Receipt of Confirmation from USPS

May 22, 2009 - Check Cashed

May 23, 2009 - Received NOA1

May 23, 2009 - Signed up for E-mail updates on USCIS.gov website.

Aug 27, 2009 - Touched 1

Aug 27, 2009 - NOA-2 E-mail Received!

Sept 8, 2009 - NVC Received File - Was stuck in AP for 28 Days!

Oct 6, 2009 - NVC sent file to Manila - Thank GOD

Oct 9, 2009 - File in System at US. Embassy In Manila

Oct 15, 2009 - Information packet received by Beneficiary from Manila

Oct 14, 2009 - Advanced Medical Exam Passed

Nov 10, 2009 - Interview - Passed Thank GOD again.

Nov 17, 2009 - Visa received

Nov 17, 2009 - CFO Seminar

Nov 21, 2009 - returned to US with the Love of my life.

Dec 17th, 2009 - Wedding! Yahoo!

Jan 14th, 2010 - Mailed I-485 / 765 Package

Jan 21, 2010 - NOA1 for 485 / 765

Feb 17, 2010 - Biometrics

Mar 9, 2010 - EAD Card in Production

Hi sis. Im done with my medical,We did an early medical (Me and Gabby). Fortunately we passed,so i believe our passports and medical results are with the US embassy already smile.gif

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. abby n sheryl

AOS Timeline
3-26-10 Mailed AOS and EAD to Chicago Lockbox
4-6-10 Received email notification of acceptance for AOS and EAD
4-9-10 Received NOA1 for AOS and EAD - Touched
4-12-10 Recieved Biometrics appointment
4-22-10 Biometrics completed
4-23-10 EAD and AOS Touched
5-03-10 AOS Transfered to CSC

March 12, 2010 - Received my interview letter for April 15, 2010 (dated March 9, 2010)

March 23, 2010 - 2nd e-mail (EAD card production ordered)
March 24, 2010 - 3rd e-mail (Approval notice for EAD sent)
March 27, 2010 - EAD received
April 15, 2010 - Interview (Approved)
