I would like to take a moment to kindly request to anyone asking for help and info, :time::time::time:

I don't know about everyone else, but I find it hard to read minds to know where in the process a person is in order to give them the correct assistance. I am not sure if it is lazyness or refusal to give personal information, but regardless, if you want accurate help, everyone needs to keep up with their timelines!!!! It also serves to keep accurate statistics and to help everyone in this VJ community!!!

It irritates me a lot when I see an OP asking for help with NO additional info and NO timeline filled in. I think VJ administrators should send reminders to members constantly... :innocent::innocent::innocent:

Hehe, someone should do that anyway, right? ;) I did start giving tickets a long time ago, hehe :P

(I guess it irritates me because I tend to be very organized person, but filling a timeline takes few minutes and updating it - only seconds... so what's wrong with people??? Laziness???)
