Takes approx. 12 -18 months depending where you file. Cost in neighborhood of 100,000+ php. Get an attorney that has experience in these matters. Most of all you have to be patient. Here is a link that may answer some questions for you. Good Luck

Money does talk in PI. Average I've seen is 2 K and 6 + or - months. Depends on how much you "donate"!!

USEM doesn't "like" presomed dead" for a reason.

Thanks....I was reading about the "Presumed Dead" too.....

and I do not think is a good option for them either...because the "#######" has only to show up some time to make everyone life miserable for everyone involved...

I was thinking the more something like a FINAL Annulment that cannot be revoke under any circumstances...once is declared by the judge.

One of the VJ Members from Cebu also posted around August, asking about annulment costs , timelines, etc.

Here was what I had to offer on the subject, having had my previous marriage to Pippo's dad annulled back in 2004: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...t&p=3244683

Hope it helps your friend.

This is absolutely right. In PI for annulment process there is a SLOW/ MEDIUM/ FAST speed for the process, depending on how much you pay. It really is important who you get to handle your case, so get a referral if you can. Good Luck.
