D.) item #26 - how long i intend to stay in US??? can i answer INDEFINITE?

I intend to relocate to the U.S. permanently after my fiance and I are married.Since you are K1 don't put AFTER my fiance and I are married because you won't marry until you arrive here.

H.) for K-1, i dont need form 157 right???

You need DS-156 (2 copies), DS-156K (1 copy) and DS-157 (2 copies). The ds157 is the one you need to have stamped by BDO when you pay the visa fee :D

Just a few additions to the previous posters info :D
