i filed my petition in July 2009

July 26th :129f form mailed

July 28th: vsc received

August 1st:check cashed

August 3rd: rcvd NOA 1

I have not heard anything yet the usics website keeps stating in pending status

My fiance is very much waiting we miss each other alot, we spent time together

when i visited him May of 2009.

This is my second time filing. We were denied due to incomplete documentation last year, was advised by an attorney not to appeal, Instead refile after the appeal deadline. Hopefully is the great advise from the attorney.

I hope everything will go smoothly this time since we have all our documentation now.

I miss my baby.

I wish all 129f filers the best of luck. Hoping for speedy processing.

It's interesting that when u started getting impatient, it was then you got your NOA2. Very similar to what happened to me and my fiance. I sent my fiance an e-mail saying how I was starting to get impatient in this process, immediately after that he received an e-mail from USCIS saying we got approved!!!

i don't know exactly what is going on. I contacted NVC and they advised

me our packet was sent to American Embassy in Ghana on 100909. I have contacted

the consulate twice and they still don't have the physical packet. They do have the electronic

transmission of the approval but not the physical packet. NVC is telling me they sent it by

DHL to them and they should have it. How long does it normally take. This is so nerve racking

here it is 101909 and they still don't have it. :blush: am a littled puzzled.

Did u contact the embassy via email including case #, fiance name and dob? i know thats what i did and they were able to verify that package was received a call in letter was mailed to my fiance..? now for me is its been well over 30 days and we still waiting for this letter...I know i'll be following up this week. Be persistant send email, i know it is frustrating and yes they should definitely have it by now. Cheers and goodluck
