Timeline

Hello, my man is American and is born in Germany and I comes also from Germany. Now we requested the IR-1. How/as-long is that the operating time, if it is authorized by the USCIS. To the interview in Frankfurt, when we all make right.

Marriage - Februar 1997

12/10/08 - I-130

07/08/09 - I-130 was approved

08/04/09 - DS-3032

08/05/09 - DS-3032 send to the NVC

08/10/09 - AOS paid

08/31/09 - IV-paid

09/30/09 - Medical in Leipzig

10/05/09 - DS-230 send to the NVC

10/23/09 - RFE from NVC

11/10/09 - RFE sent back to NVC

12/09 - RFE - I-864

01/10/10 - RFE sent back to NVC

01/25/10 - Logg in failed to NVC

03/04/10 - Interview in Frankfurt

First, you need to fill in a timeline so we know what is your timeframe and how you filed. Also, I am not sure if your translation software is doing the best job of translating for you as some of your posts is a bit difficult to comprehend???

But to answer what I think is your questions we need to know, Did you file DCF in Germany or from the USA?... When did you send the I-130? Who did you request the paperwork from? Did you fill out the paperwork yet??? Are you both living in Germany or is one of you in the USA???

11-30-09: GOT GREEN CARD in mail!!!!!!

Citizenship Process;

1/11/2013: Mailed N400 to Dallas Texas

3/11/2013: interview.. Approved

4/4/2013. : Oath! Now a U.S. citizen!

First, you need to fill in a timeline so we know what is your timeframe and how you filed. Also, I am not sure if your translation software is doing the best job of translating for you as some of your posts is a bit difficult to comprehend???

Oh, sorry. My englisch is not the best.

I`m living in Germany and my husband in the USA. We filled in the USA.

The I-130 was approved and we sent the DS-230 (so I hope) at 10/05/09 to the NVC.

It depends on whether the NVC accepts all your documents at the first time without any requests for further evidence/information. My case took 111 days from case ID assigned to the interview date.

05/14/2009 - submitted I-130 to Chicago Lockbox

05/18/2009 - NOA1

08/21/2009 - NOA2 (95 days from NOA1)

09/01/2009 - NVC assigned case no. (11 days from NOA2 incl. 2 weekends)

09/15/2009 - got DS 3032 form from NVC by email

09/17/2009 - sent DS 3032 to NVC by email and by regular mail

09/17/2009 - received and paid AOS fee bill (paid online)

09/18/2009 - NVC accepted DS 3032

09/22/2009 - received and paid IV fee bill (paid online)

09/22/2009 - AOS fee entered into the NVC system

09/22/2009 - received AOS package

09/24/2009 - IV fee entered into the NVC system

09/24/2009 - received IV package

10/02/2009 - sent DS 230 package from Germany to NVC by UPS

10/05/2009 - NVC received DS 230 package

10/06/2009 - DS 230 entered into NVC system

10/09/2009 - sent AOS forms to NVC by USPS express

10/13/2009 - NVC received AOS forms

10/15/2009 - NVC entered AOS forms into their system

10/19/2009 - case complete (49 days)

10/27/2009 - medical exam

10/29/2009 - got notification regarding my interview date

11/03/2009 - got result of my medical exam (everything is ok)

11/03/2009 - case forwarded to embassy

11/05/2009 - case received by embassy

12/21/2009 - interview date (7:30am - 9:15am - approved) - visa in mail on 12/24/2009
