Please update me!!! :dance: :dance: :dance: Today I received text msg and email from USCIS!!!

On July 26, 2010, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Good Luck to all May filers...USCIS are working on us!!:yes:

I am literally shaking! I just checked my case online like I have been doing daily for the past month and it says "DOCUMENT PRODUCTION OR OATH CEREMONY" and under it it says "On July 26, 2010, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you."

Does that mean what I think it means??? My husband is APPROVED???!?!?! ahhhhhhhhhhhh :wow: :wow:

What now?? Are we done? Do we have to go to an interview???

Instructions: If more than 30 days have elapsed since your NOA1 date and you have not received your biometrics appointment letter, you can call the NCSC (their number is on your NOA1) and put in service request to the service center which you filed (CSC or VSC) to find out the status of the biometrics appointment letter. Make sure to verify the home address and mailing address (if any) with them on the phone. You can also request to speak to an immigration officer (you may have to ask at least twice to be transferred) to get your CR I-89 receipt number, (it is the receipt number of the biometrics letter) so that you can track your case online.

We just spoke with a representative at level tier 2 (?) said that all is well, no RFE, and that our letter was mailed July 26th.....and said we should receive this soon indicating/verifying the biometrics appointment. Gave us a new EAC number, he said this was because this was filed at VSC and he believed we could use this number to track status online.

Finally, I see the light at the end of the path. I sent an email to USCIS (California Center) yesterday and I got an answer today:

Attached is a copy of the biometric appointment for your I-751 application.

A hard copy has also been mailed to your address of record.

I got the copy of my actual Bio letter attached so now, waiting to get this in the mail.

Anyway I will say Bio mission accomplished when I get the hard copy on hand.

Details of the BIO:

Bio later Dated: 07/23/2010. So the letter has been ready since last week.

Bio date and time of appointment: 08/10/2010. 11:00 am.

ASC location: Chicago, IL.

For those still waiting go ahead sending emails to them as well as calling them.

I let you guys know when I get the hard copy in the mail.

We just spoke with a representative at level tier 2 (?) said that all is well, no RFE, and that our letter was mailed July 26th.....and said we should receive this soon indicating/verifying the biometrics appointment. Gave us a new EAC number, he said this was because this was filed at VSC and he believed we could use this number to track status online.

Added the new EAC number online, which is the CR I 89 number as well, I assume, and all is well the number was accepted.........except I couldn't edit this post online...oh well, we're on our way!

Received my biometrics notice. It will be really nice to be able to track my case. I've decided not to try for early Biometrics as I cannot take any time off from work and the place is an hour a way and I really don't want to go out there and then be rejected. I keep thinking that I'm still a permanent resident and I'm still ticking time towards the application eligibility for Naturalization. So I will send in my notice and request for a rescheduled appointment. I'll let you guys know when I get my new date!

I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this, but I am curious as to what is going on. Hope someone can help. I also hope that I am explaining this clearly. We filed on May 5th. Had biometrics on June 18th. I check every day to see my husband's on-line status on the USCIS site. I am also set up for email and mobile alerts. However, since people have reported getting approvals or RFEs without having been notified via email, I check the case status on the site to be safe. Usually when I check the status, and click on his case/receipt number in the portfolio, the full chart comes up that has the listing of where we are in the process (acceptance, initial review, request for evidence, interview, etc.). Our case has been on initial review, and as of last night this chart contained the complete listing of the activities I listed above.

When I logged on today, the chart only lists the following activities: Acceptance,Initial Review,Decision, Post Decision Activity. We are still in the Initial review stage, though there had been a touch to our case on July 10th. My worry is, if there is a chance of an RFE, I can't see it listed on the chart now. I can't see if we would be sent to an interview either. Should I be concerned about this? I wouldn't worry so much about the activity on the on-line system, since I know that it too is not always accurate. But my post office and mail carrier stink, and have lost many, many pieces of our important mail in recent times. So I feel left in the dark on both ends. Is this chart thing with the missing activity slots happening to anyone else? I just have to wonder what they're doing, considering how they've messed up Bio appointments and whatnot for May Filers. Anyone with any ideas about this, please help. Thanks!

I saw your post in the thread I started. My case status shows the exact same circles yours does. I dunno what it means either but hopefully we'll find out soon.

Instructions: If more than 30 days have elapsed since your NOA1 date and you have not received your biometrics appointment letter, you can call the NCSC (their number is on your NOA1) and put in service request to the service center which you filed (CSC or VSC) to find out the status of the biometrics appointment letter. Make sure to verify the home address and mailing address (if any) with them on the phone. You can also request to speak to an immigration officer (you may have to ask at least twice to be transferred) to get your CR I-89 receipt number, (it is the receipt number of the biometrics letter) so that you can track your case online.
