Only the beneficiary needs to fill out the ds156 and ds156k.

Your fiancé can help you do them but is not required to do them, they are forms for you (the foreign fiancé/beneficiary). I completed them for Karin (she's the foreign one) and sent them to her to sign but she could just have well done them herself.
