Hi,

I'm waiting for the letter from the embassy and I'm waiting for my fiancee to send me some documents,does she need to fill the the DS 156,DS156k and the other forms I will got from the embassy too?Hope you can reply me,thank you..

Only the beneficiary needs to fill out the ds156 and ds156k.

Your fiancé can help you do them but is not required to do them, they are forms for you (the foreign fiancé/beneficiary). I completed them for Karin (she's the foreign one) and sent them to her to sign but she could just have well done them herself. :thumbs:

I did everything for my wife. All she ever had to do was sign things, and show up at the appropriate places when shee had to.

Oh, she DID have to get the passport on her own, with my coaching, and had to get the Cenomar on her own, and some other things. But I did all I could do, humanly possible, for her. I wanted her to not have to figure anything out herself. She was so busy being the principal of an elementary school/
