Trying to make sure that I provide all documents with the I-134 form. So far I have found that with this form I am to submit...

1. Statement from an officer of the bank or financial institutions where you have deposits, identifying the following details regarding your account.

a. Date account opened

b. Total amount deposited for the past year

c. Present balance

2. Statement of your employer on business stationary showing:

a. Date and nature of employment

b. Salary paid

c. Whether the position is temportary or permanent

So what about income tax forms? W2's? I thought this was supposed to be provided? Anyone know about W2's?

Also.... I just remembered another question when filling out that I-134 form....

For the cosposor... if the cosponsor does not make enough and needs to combine her husbands income so then "cosponsor husband and wife" will be consponsoring... (OMG HOW DO I ASK THIS... :girlwerewolf2xn: I THINK IM LOSING MY MIND...)

On the form, there is only 'one' line asking for name of sponsor. Doesnt say 'name(s).... So if Mrs. & Mr are both sponsors since it takes a joint income to sponsor him... do you fill out a different form for each person? Or do you put on that one same line "Mrs. Lucy Loo, and Mrs. Whatever? Loo.... You see what I mean? Wowo... hear come my headache....

Does the co-sponsor and I both use the same "I-134" forms?

I see you're reading directly from the I-134 instructions. Note that the heading for that sections says "You must submit in duplicate evidence of income and resources, as appropriate:.

In reality, it's entirely up to the consulate what evidence they require with the I-134. I see that Casa doesn't publish the requirements on their website (or, at least I wasn't able to find them). Most consulates DO require at least the previous year's tax return, or an explanation why you didn't need to file a return. What they want after that depends on the consulate. You usually get detailed instructions with packet 4.

Co-sponsor must file a separate I-134, along with their own evidence. Other than your fiance being listed in section 3 of both affidavits, there will probably be nothing common between the two; your I-134 will reflect your financial situation, and your co-sponsor's I-134 will reflect theirs. The I-134 doesn't provide a way to combine sponsors, like a husband and wife. Each I-134 can be completed and signed by only one person.

You can only use 1 co-sponsor and they will not combine a husband and wives income :(

This and Pizzadudes answer are correct. You cannot combine incomes. The I-134 is a single person document. You can actually have dozens and dozens of co-sponsors if you want, but only ONE will count and that ONE will need to make enough by themselves to support themselves, their family AND your fiance. Submitting more than one that do not qualify would seem kind of silly. Submitting more than one that DOES qualify would also seem silly.
