DOES anyone here heard from USCIS after SENDING RFE middle of sept 09?

8/13/2007 WELLCOME LETTER RECEIVED..
8/21/2007 Greencard received
11/02/2007 Driver Licensed received
11/06/2007 Congrat's I am pregnant!!!!!
07/15/2008 Baby Delivery by C-SECTION
