Can some one tell me if u need this for the kw visa and at what step and what is it thanks

12-19-09 got the approval email and text !!!!!

If you are asking K1 visa you need ds156, ds156k and ds157

Has she/he got all the paperwork ready yet, is the medical done.

Go to St Lukes -- send her a copy of the letter from NVC, email or mail your choice: it's walk in so don't worry best to go Tues-Thurs to avoid rush.

Medicals are valid for 6 months. Info about medical is at the wwwfk1en.pdf link above.

Thepizzadude is correct; they are actually non-immigrant visa application forms used e.g. K1 visa or visitors visa.
