make sure you tell the truth about how you met. I know a lot of people that have met online. There is nothing wrong with it and I'm sure they are used to hearing this. Lying is not worth it.

Did he say why he is refusing to send you a copy of his passport?

Try not to stress, gather what you can. Proof of keeping in touch-your phonebills and pictures from your different visits with one another. I am sorry that your husband is being uncorporative and causing you more stress.

i always ask him to send me some papers : photocopy of his passport to show the CO how many entries he did , asking him when ill call dr to get an appointement letter , he said until november ( my interview is on november 16 ) , i scream , why does he have a cold blood !!!! its me who"s always stressing , always asking , always starting a subject ...

he's sure about himself that the interview wont be failed because having a son together is the best approvel of our relation !!!

Make sure to prepare all the supporting documents because having a child is not a guarantee that theyre not going to deny ur petition,, I know somebody who applied for a petition too.. she also had a son with the petitioner but they failed to get the approval of visa during the interview coz the consul are looking for more evidence.. Now never heard anything from them again but theyre still in Phil and its almost two months now since that time happen...

Perhaps he needs assistance? I would suggest giving his telephone number, privately, to people that you trust, to call him and offer assistance. He may or may not accept anyone's assistance, but hopefully - if he hears piles of stuff (in his ear from the telephone ) about the eivdence requirements for proving up a bonafide relationship - he'll get out of stall mode.

This is just one thing to help show you have good marriage, especially if like from your parents, brothers, sisters etc more or less saying they approve and see it as a good thing. Have them sign, add their address and phone in case they want to talk to them. They may look at them they may not but wont hurt to have them. (in case) We had them from his parents, his brothers and one sister and few friends from there that we visited when i was there.

be prepared upfront, dont go with the idea of i can bring (xxx) back later i doubt u have a problem as most women coming from Casa seem to do fine, but they do not play games here.
