I thought I would start this new post so all of us RFE's can come and vent here. I am going insane waiting this out. I got a last touch, but frankely just guessing that it was my NOA2. I am not certain that it could be NOA2, but staying positive. Also, CSC has been very slow this month and that does not help us at all. Anyone with an RFE please come and vent here regarding their wait, and we can support each other.

My attorney will be recieving all the notifications from CSC. So, do they actually send you a hardcopy stating they recieved your case and have processing has resumed.

Hi!

I am in the same situation. My noa1 was may 4 2009. And the RFE was received back on sept 22. Now I am waiting for approval hopefully any day now.

My attorney will be recieving all the notifications from CSC. So, do they actually send you a hardcopy stating they recieved your case and have processing has resumed.

What does touch mean?

A touch means the last updated date that has changed on your case status online. If you have signed up for the case status notification on USCIS homepage.

Hey, what about a venting room for all those who's cases are lagging for one reason or another? Why don't we start a thread for laggers. We can call it the 'Venting Laggers Lounge'! :) Just kidding...

Starlight,

Hope you get your NOA2 soon.

Hi Kimbear,

Followed your journey in the March 09 thread, and I am sorry that you are going through this mess. This is ridiculous that we have to suffer. My congressmans office told me that only 1 out 25 fiance petitions they get is legitimate, and that majority of them are fraud. She said that is the reasong those of us that have legitimate relationships end up suffering. I was so surprised at what she told me. She mentioned that most of the time beneficiaries call their office.

I could imagine what you are going through, but I hope you can get it expedited fast. Don't give up on this and just keep contacting USCIS. My RFE is currently at USCIS and I have no idea what is taking them so long to approve.

Just try to hang in there, and I hope this gets resolved VERY soon!
