Im checking out some forms that my fiance will quite possible receive in his packet per a link if viewed on vj. I shows that the following forms will be needed for the K1 interview:

DS-230 I & II,

DS-157

DS-156

DS-156K

I am wondering out of these 4 forms, which forms can he fill out in advance and which forms required to be completed at the embassy. I am also compiling some his papers needed (what I originally sent for the initial petition), and was told that the window that you slip everything through is only soo big. Im wonder about how big or little it is, and can he just provide the most pertanent information through the window, and hold what wont fit until the interview time? Just wondering to help me package this better. Thanks!

They can all be completed in advance, but some of them must be signed before the consular officer, so don't sign those in advance. The DS-156 in particular should be filled out online at http://evisaforms.state.gov so you can print the form with the 2D barcode. Some embassies are very picky about this.

US Embassy and Consulate Discussion

You are almost there and now you have to deal with the embassy. This is the place to post your experiences or questions related to this last step before moving to the US. Topics relating to I-134's, packets sent from consulate and medical & police certificates should be posted here.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

Do you have any reason to believe that your fiance's package would be any larger than - let's say, the typical fiance's package? If so then maybe you could cut it two and pass it through the hole in two parts. Just sayin'...
